About Account Deletion
1. After the account is deleted, the account information will be removed from all the games of Wish Interactive Technology Ltd. at the same time.
2. After the account is deleted, all character data, in-app purchase records, login records, and other data under the account will be removed from all the games of Wish Interactive Technology Ltd. Removed account data cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete the personal information we hold about you. If you delete the application without account cancellation, personal information data may remain with the service provider. In this case, you must submit a separate cancellation request to the service provider, and the procedure is as follows:
1.1 How to Delete Your Account in Game
·Tap "Account" on the main screen after entering the application to enter the management page.
·After entering the "Account" management page, tap the "More" button, and then tap [Delete Account] to erase personal information data.
Note: Your account will be deleted 7 days after your cancellation request, and your personal information will be permanently erased. If you log into the game again within 7 days, your cancellation request will be automatically canceled.
1.2 How to Delete Your Account Through Customer Service
To protect your personal information, we need to verify your identity before responding to your request to delete your account. You need to fill in the correct information and send it to Customer Service by mail.
1. “I fully understand the meaning of account deletion. I have read and agree to the terms.” (This sentence must be exactly written at the beginning of the mail.)

4. If you once made in-game purchases for this character, related purchase receipts (with order numbers) must be provided.
5. If you never made any in-game purchases for this character, details about the character, including the last login time, device name, and version information, must be provided.
You are required to provide the aforementioned information accurately for our customer service representatives to verify. If we are unable to verify the information, we will not be able to proceed with the account deletion request. Please note that it may take 1-5 business days for us to complete the account deletion process. Once the account deletion is finalized, you will be notified via email.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We will for example periodically de-identify unused game accounts and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data.
Note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
